Our wonderful team has grown tremendously over the past year and we are looking for a Compensation Analyst to manage and drive our compensation strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to participate in developing, implementing, and documenting compensation philosophy in a growing, globally distributed technology company.
As a Compensation Analyst you will:
- Work closely with managers and provide them with guidance on compensation proposals for new joiners, internal hires, and promotions
- Document Kinsta’s approach to managing compensation in detail
- Develop workflows and processes for managers to use when making compensation-related decisions
- Use a data-driven approach in all compensation-related matters and create reports
- Gather market data and propose salary levels for all Kinsta team members
Who you are:
- At least 3-years of experience in a similar role working on compensation programs
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Outstanding level of written and verbal English
- Ability to engage and influence executive level stakeholders
- Excellent data analysis skills and strong attention to detail
Bonus points:
- Experience working in a startup, technology, remote, or global environment
- Experience working with salary surveys and researching survey data
