Our RevOps team is just getting started and already making an impact! We design, configure, and build the systems and processes that enable our go-to-market and growth functions. As our Revenue Analyst, your role is critical to the success of our GTM teams as they engage new customers and develop revenue opportunities.
As Circle’s dedicated Senior Revenue Analyst, you support our senior leadership team by providing high impact, data-driven insights, while building, maintaining, and improving our data environment.
This is a 100% remote role. We're now a fully remote team of 65 (and growing!) based in the U.S., Colombia, Portugal, India, Argentina, Slovenia, and other countries. We have a preference for candidates in U.S. and European time zones.

Responsibilities
- Being a trusted partner, advisor, and leader for the go-to-market departments responsible for
- Having a strong understanding and opinion of our business metrics and how they relate to our teams strategy
- Enabling consistency across reporting by defining metrics and calculations
- Creating roadmaps in partnership with departments to set goals that improve our data ecosystem
- Utilizing analytical and problem solving skills to measure and improve data problems, translating requests into findings and presenting digestible insights and recommendations
- Building and maintaining analytics by transforming data stored in our Redshift warehouse through SQL queries to transform meaningful insights from the data gathered by Stripe, Autopilot, Hubspot, and the Circle App
- Delivering analysis, recommendations and insights that support our stakeholders and allow them to take action, specifically by
- Identifying, tackling and reconciling reporting issues in a timely manner
- Highlighting opportunities to accelerate our performance, strategy, customer experience and life cycle
- Recommending system improvements by providing context that will better navigate the downstream impacts of system changes
- Supporting and managing systems and infrastructure for the growth teams, from Marketing Attribution, to Marketing Automation to Sales and Customer Success tools.
- This includes supporting the evaluation and procurement of new tools as well as the integration of all platforms across the revenue tech stack, especially those integrated with our data environment.
- Proactively providing regular project updates to the Head of RevOps on project progress, upcoming milestones, project risks, interdependencies and areas requiring input or decision making.
Who we're looking for
- High proficiency in Sheets/Excel: You have a deep understanding of Google Sheets and/or Excel functionalities. You can build and maintain streamlined and well-structured dashboards, using multiple data sources. You will spend a significant portion of time digesting our Google Sheets forecasting environment, connecting it to other data sources, and aligning reporting across multiple teams.
- Strong to medium proficiency in SQL & BI tools: You’re comfortable running simple queries in a Redshift environment and creating and maintaining robust reporting in BI tools like Looker.
- Strong analytical skills: You have an analytical mind and are capable of breaking down large problems into smaller, more comprehensible ones. You can take broad questions and distill them into actionable projects. You have a strong handle on logic and structured problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills: With multiple, complex projects on the go, you have exceptional prioritization and time management skills
- Communication: You use multiple methods to communicate results, insights, and future opportunities. You have experience creating decks, project plans, progress updates, and in-person presentations to stakeholders. Stakeholder groups have diverse skills and understanding; you are highly skilled at crafting communications that work for different audiences.
- You have experience in being an active member of the full data pipeline, from consuming and analyzing data, to surfacing insights, data collection, and data strategy and architecture.
